If you’re looking for Chinese food in Dorchester then the majority of places are take-away only. One exception is Lee Oriental however, at the west end of the high street which offers both and take-away and sit-down restaurant service and specialises in both Chinese and Thai cuisine.

Main courses range from £6 to £11 with a number of chef’s specials and traditional favourites. The restaurant is also family friendly with a number of baby high chairs (but no baby changing facilities).

The interior decor is an eclectic mix of carved Thai tableaus and animal heads, oriental nick-nacks and a fish tank and the restaurant accepts both cards and cheques.

The restaurant also offers a Sunday buffet with unlimited servings of fifteen dishes for £10 an adult and £6 a child.
