Yes, I know chocolate soufflé is not the newest feature on the dessert landscape. In fact, it seems like every restaurant in Los Angeles, from high-end to local dive bar praises a chocolate soufflé with molten center on their menu. But whether you’re a savvy chocolate soufflé expert or a beginner, you’ll be swept away by the Chocolate Soup at Mi Piace. Served in a white, ceramic bowl, the smell electrified my taste buds even before I poked my spoon through the flaky top crust to scoop up the richest, darkest, molten chocolate I’ve ever tasted. If chocolate has a soul, I’ve tasted it.
