Hotel Stadion: What you pay for is what you get

When we arrived in Olsztyn this summer there was a big event in the area an all hotels were booked out. The only place that had a room available was this hotel right behind the soccer "stadium". It was cheap and we got appropriate value for the little money we paid. The room was old and a bit stuffy, but clean. The mattresses have obviously been in service for quite some time (hello, springs!), but the shower was hot and the water pressure sensational. There is a ramshackle, charming little market across the parking lot. You can walk to town in around 25 minutes and there is a shopping center not far from the hotel. No brekkie.
