Patitat Thai: I'm glad I gave it a go

I have walked past this restaurant so many times, but for some reason I have always thought that it was just another Westernised Thai restaurant. Today I finally gave it a go and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was quite nice and the settings were very relaxing. The service was great. After we asked for extra serviettes once, we did not have to ask again: they kept on bringing more every time we were running low (there were a lot of messy activities happening at our table, as we were trying to keep our 20-month old entertained). We also requested a piece of fish to be separated for our toddler before they put the sauce on. They not only brought it in a separate bowl, but also made sure that it was a piece with no bones. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
