Parliament Building : Free Tour at Quebec City Parliament Building

Visiting the Parliament building in the Quebec City was somewhat a pain; it is to my opinion that the security was stricter than what I had experienced while visiting Parliament building in Ottawa; however, it was worth it. From the outside, the building was really, really elegant with tons of great statues, and I just gotta say, I’d rather be outside instead wondering inside (well not much of a wonder anyways). The tour guide was one straight lady, she preferred us not to take any pictures while she was explaining things, however, when she finished explaining, there wasn’t much time enough to take pictures as we had to keep on moving from one spot to another spot (rooms), so it was a bit distracting. The tour is free for public and you are allowed to take pictures in certain areas (in certain areas only though). Attractions to note is the front yard of the Parliament building as well the water fountain with tulips surrounding. If you come with a group of more than 15 people, expect a long line for the restroom as there are only 3 toilets available.
