Bruno's House of Chocolate: Chocolate Lover's Take Notice

When a candy store has been in business for over 50 years, they must be doing something right. Bruno's House of Chocolate in Ft. Pierce, Florida, is such a place. I remember going there as a child on a field trip from grammar school. That was many years ago. However, even though the business has apparently changed hands, the quality of the chocolates offered there has not suffered. The chocolates are not cheap, they range from about $16.99 USD per pound to over $21.99 per pound. When we were there on a recent trip (June 2008) we purchased 4 individual pieces of candy. That set us back about $3.00 USD. The store is located in an unpretentious building along the east side of US-1 in Fort Pierce. Parking is limited and could possibly be at a premium during the holiday seasons. The physical address for Bruno's is 2650 N. US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, Florida 34946.
