Amsterdam: French fries Dutch style

If you are considering taking a trip to Amsterdam and want to stop for a quick snack then I would recommend the famous French fries that they have there. There is not a specific restaurant to find these at, just look for a little stand that says “fries” and you can find them there. I know this tip sounds pretty meaningless but the French fries in Amsterdam were way better then anywhere else I have ever tried. The French fries in Amsterdam are way bigger and also they are a lot fresher. They cook the fries right in front of you and then serve them to you in this big paper cone looking thing with either mayonnaise or ketchup.
