Rom: Unhelpful train station employees

If you are planning on taking a trip to Rome, Italy then you should keep in mind that the employees that work at the train station at Termini are very unhelpful and rude. I waited in line for like two hours trying to ask a simple question as to where our hotel was and they were rude and told me that they could not help me. I am just writing this tip to inform you that you should not waste your time waiting in line at the main train station in Rome because it will most likely do you no good whatsoever. The thing that really made me so upset about it was that they were acting like they were doing us a favor by simply doing their job.
