Russland: A little bit of Georgia

I don't know any other country in the world where Georgian (here I mean a country, not a state of US) cuisine is so much appreciated. Of course except for Georgia itself, Russia is a big fan of Georgian food. In Soviet times, when there were not so many international restaurants and not so much knowledge about foreign food in Russia, Georgian cuisine was like the top of fashion. At the moment it went way down the rating, but still I think that's a great opportunity for visitors of Russia to try some new cuisine, which is difficult to find in other countries. Georgian restaurants are not so fancy like others, but still very cozy and, the most important, offer a great food.
There are many good Georgian restaurants in Saint-Petersburg and Moscow.
Food is really delicious. There are some vegetarian dishes in it, they use many vegetables, but mostly it is based on different meat dishes. My favorite stuff is Georgian bread Lavash. It is similar to Arabic bread lists. Georgians drink lots of red wine, which I find also quite good.
