Pueblo Solis is a small, though nice Mexican restaurant located in south Saint Louis, Missouri, that serves up traditional and authentic fare that is well worth your buck, making it most definitely above what you'd call your typical Mexican fast food restaurant.

The food is expertly prepared, meaning it's darned good. When you're first seated at your table (usually after no more than 15 minutes on a busy night), your server brings out a variety of salsas with their chips, ranging from mild to hot, hot, hot! Their guacamole is freshly made and highly recommended as I never liked guacamole until I came here.

Naturally, they know how to mix a fine margarita here and serve great beers by either the bottle or the pitcher (which is the best value).
