La Crosse is a great road trip destination and an absolute natural geographic beauty. This includes a fantastic view of the sunset all year round. The city is located off of the Mississippi River and is filled with rolling hills and bluffs, so you can see why the scenic views of the city would be so stunning. If the opportunity arises, take a river cruise. This will give you prime viewing, a chance to tour the city, and it’s so relaxing... And don’t forget to stop by Huck Finn’s Restaurant for a tasty afternoon snack or satisfying meal. It’s one of the best restaurants in the city. The beaches are also great too. If you’re looking for a lazy afternoon in the sun, you’ve found it.
