Iceland surely is a strange place. One of the most astonishing sites is the blue lagoon. Well. It’s a hot thermal source. But it’s more than that. It lay in the middle of a field of volcanic stones, a rough moon-like field. The Bath is close to the seaside, that’s why there are Sea-Minerals in the water and on you. It’s a habit to put a white mineral-paste on you skin. It ought to be good for something. But maybe it’s just a joke the Icelanders would play with the foreigners ;). The water is very hot and becomes even hotter, if you dare to go closer to the source. In the winter (which is actually the whole year) it’s even more sparkling to feel the difference between the outside and the inside temperatures. Iceland is lucky about their hot sources.
