Council of Europe
Now this is an interesting place. The council of Europe is important, but nobody really knows what it is about. It invented the blue European flag with golden stars, but the European Union made it big. In the council are all European countries involved. Only Belarussia is out of the game. But more exciting than the political haze is the funky interior of the building made in the seventies. The offices are tiny and have orange walls of a kind of plastic wood. The toilets have a light-bulb in every booth which you can turn on and off during your session. The pissoirs are the crown-pieces of the whole building.
