I would also recommend to check Wallstreet Institute. They have several centers in France and always need native English speakers, whether they have experience or not. They also have some service department and sales positions for those who speak at least a little local language. As far as I know salaries are quite good, there is a lot of work and the atmosphere is fun.
Some people get part time jobs in different places at the same time, so they keep themselves busy and earn good money. Normally all the job adds are at the website. |

When is the best time to visit?
Hi John!
I think the disadvantage of winter visit to Gothenburg is that you won't be able to make a boat tour. It is really cool! It starts from the river in the city center and then goes to the see. You can see lots of interesting things from the water and just have a good time. As far as I remember they operated from the middle of April till some day in October. You cannot predict the weather, so it is hard to say. But I had fun there in May, although that time it was not very warm. I summer, late spring and early autumn you can enjoy breakfasts, beers and coffees outside at the street cafes. |

New rules for Lithium batteries in the luggage
I've inquired more information on this issue and the rule concerns ONLY SPARE batteries, so those which are in the device are not considered to be spare batteries. This is a relieve and I am sorry for some mistakes! The problem is that different sources of information give different description of the rule. Some are more detailed.
